Because David Tennant is cool

So last night I watched a movie with this plot summary (from Netflix): When a Hollywood actress heads to a Scottish island to get married, her handlers must find a way to dupe the paparazzi after she flees in frustration.

Sounds like your basic chick-flick, right? Wrong!!! Ok, well . . . not completely wrong. The plot is very similar to Notting Hill, Runaway Bride, and every other chick flick on more than one level.

What makes this one different? This one has David Tennant. And so it is in a category all its own. The husband even joined me for this one when he heard Tennant was in it. And that was even after he knew that the title was Decoy Bride! We apparently like that David Tennant. (Is he lighting the Olympic torch this summer or not?)

If you feel like watching a light story-line with Scottish accents that's rated PG, give it a watch. Warning: you may find yourself subconsciously speaking with a bit of a Scottish lilt after watching.

You should! Remember when you introduced my apartment to "Bride and Prejudice"? haha! Good times!
